HRGO is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a leading manufacturer, in Bromborough on a part-time 3 month contract. This role offers excellent flexibility and opportunities for working from home. The successful candidate will support the HR function, providing expert advice and support on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, L&D, and employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to solving employee issues in a fast-paced environment.
Days/Hours: Minimum 4 days per week, 25 hours per week, flexible and to be agreed with the company
Pay: 30,000 pro rata
Location: Bromborough, home-working is available if required (first 3 weeks will require onsite training)
Contract: 3 months, possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns
- Facilitate timely resolution of conflicts
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Supporting performance managment processes, monitoring training
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across site
- Administration as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a HR Adviser role is essential
- Manufacturing HR experience is preferred but not essential
- CIPD Level 5
- Comfortable working individually
