HRGO is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a leading manufacturer, in Bromborough on a part-time 3 month contract. This role offers excellent flexibility and opportunities for working from home. The successful candidate will support the HR function, providing expert advice and support on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, L&D, and employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to solving employee issues in a fast-paced environment.

Days/Hours: Minimum 4 days per week, 25 hours per week, flexible and to be agreed with the company

Pay: 30,000 pro rata

Location: Bromborough, home-working is available if required (first 3 weeks will require onsite training)

Contract: 3 months, possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns
  • Facilitate timely resolution of conflicts
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
  • Assist with onboarding new starters
  • Supporting performance managment processes, monitoring training
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to across site
  • Administration as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a HR Adviser role is essential
  • Manufacturing HR experience is preferred but not essential
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Comfortable working individually
