Position Logistics Supervisor
Location: Wirral
Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: NEG DOE
HRGO recruimtent are looking for an Export Logistics Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the outbound logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of goods to customers. This role involves managing a small team, coordinating with various departments, and optimising logistics processes to meet company goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Packaging and shipping logistics processes and industry best practices.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in logistics or supply chain managemen
- FLT, Reach and Tier & HLOP.
