Due to continued growth and expansion, exciting new opportunities have arisen for Production Team Leaders, both on day and evening shifts at our clients site based in Wallasey.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader:
- Manage, train and motivate a small team of production operators (permanent and agency staff) to ensure the production schedules and targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive line-operational efficiency through awareness of the production schedule and minimal downtime
- Ensure compliance to all H&S regulations
- Ensure the quality of product produced is in-line with specification
- Effective communication with key functions including Quality, warehouse, blending and engineering to ensure continuous efficient production
- Maintain the GMP standards, policies and practices as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Record regular reports detailing production performance, e.g. daily outputs, downtime statistics, line speeds etc.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous Supervisory / Line Manager experience
- Experience of working in manufacturing or production
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team
- Ensure the highest standards of production are met
