- Attending clients to take instructions and manage their expectations
- Drafting and dictating letters and documents, including contracts and completion statements
- Reviewing documentation and advising clients, such as on mortgage offers, leases, and searches
- Conducting due diligence to meet AML and source of funds requirements
- Overseeing the entire transaction, including post-completion duties
- Complying with professional obligations and maintaining accurate time recording
- Salary of up to £45,000 (DOE)
- 23–25 days holiday entitlement (pro-rata based on PQE)
