- Managing the till, float and cashbook

- Front of house duties – serving when required and in store at busy periods
- Enforcing H&S and Food Hygiene Procedures
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
