Join us as a Dual Site Manager for a Vibrant Coffee Company!We are currently recruiting for a dual site manager for bustling coffee shops on the Wirral. The role is operational over the two locations. The company prides itself on exceptional customer service and providing a memorable experience with every visit.As a dual manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of dedicated baristas, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and the shops runs smoothly.Location: Wirral Salary: £27,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per weekDuties:
  • Training new staff on both sites
  • Liaising with operations managers and other area managers
  • Managing the till, float and cashbook
  • Stock control
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Rotas
  • Recruitment of new staff members
  • Front of house duties – serving when required and in store at busy periods
  • Enforcing H&S and Food Hygiene Procedures
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive and proactive person
