Sonic Summary

The position available is for a Field Service Engineer based in Wirral, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The salary for this role ranges from £34,000 to £45,000 per annum, including travel time.
Candidates should have a background in electro-mechanical or maintenance engineering and possess a full UK driving licence.
Experience in the lifting sector, particularly with hoists and overhead cranes, as well as the ability to travel nationwide for installations and inspections, is preferred.
The role requires a willingness to work overtime as needed, with skills in fault finding and following electrical schematics being advantageous.

Job Description

Position:Field Service Engineer

Location: Wirral

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 5:00pm

Salary: £34,000 to £45,000p/a p Including Travel Time

HR GO recruitment are currently recruiting a Servicing Installation Engineer for our client?based in Wirral. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the lifting sector.

Skills and requirements:

Background in electro-mechanical or maintenance engineering (essential)

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to travel nationwide for installation / inspection and servicing of our equipment on customers sites, with paid overtime?(travel plus time on site)

Willingness to work overtime in line with the company workload

Ability to work at height

Preferred Experience:

Electro-mechanical equipment fault finding

Basic industrial 3 phase electrics

Experience in low voltage control

Ability to follow electrical schematics

Repair of hoists and overhead cranes (preferred)

Inspections of cranes and lifting equipment under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER)
