Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training
