What our Client is offering the successful Manual Machinist
- Up to £18.50 per hour (Up to £35,000 per annum)
- Monday - Thursday 8am -4:30pm, Friday 8am-1pm
- Permanent role
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
- Company pension

- Christmas shutdown
The Role - Manual Machinist
- Setting and operating a manual lathe turner and manual milling machine
- Tool changing
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Working with Bridgeport, Colchester Mastiff, Binns & Berry, Tiger, KRV2000
- Making bespoke and small-batch orders
- Working to tight toleranc
What we are looking for in a Manual Machinist:
- HNC/NVQ/City and Guilds in Engineering or equivalent BENEFICIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role ESSENTIAL
- Must be fully trained in the use of manual lathe turners ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to operate manual machines ESSENTIAL
