Finance Controller

The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a wholesome and reputable SME based in Wisbech, who are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Controller.Reporting into the director, proving analysis and business insights, you will oversee a small team as well as the day-to-day accounts for the business.You will need to be someone who has a curious attitude, strong communication skills and someone who enjoys getting involved in a varied role.This is a varied and all encompassed role where you will get involved in the following:

• Monthly management accounts
• Month end and variance analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Completion of VAT returns
• Balance sheet control and reconciliations
• Yearend audits
• Cost analysis
• Continuous process improvement
• Line management of a small team

Qualifications aren't essential for this one as long as you can display the above experience, you'll need to be proficient with Excel, different systems and up to date with accounting standards.A background in manufacturing would be advantageous, as well as an awareness of WIP.This role is fully site based, so you'll need to live a commutable distance to Wisbech.The role is paying up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, if you would like any more information or would like to see a full job description, apply now or contact Megan Lemmon at The ONE Group
