Finance Assistant | Cambridgeshire | Office Based Only | Full Time - Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 | £25,000-£28,000

Cobra Engineering (UK) Ltd, a Wisbech based engineering firm is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant who will perform various accounts and administrative tasks to assist the Finance and Production departments. Qualified candidates will have proven experience of working within a busy finance department, a strong ability to multi-task, impeccable verbal and written communication skills, and a friendly demeanour.

What will your role look like?

  • Monthly Payroll processing
  • Purchasing ledger maintenance - processing invoices against purchase orders and nominal codes
  • Timesheet allocation
  • Training Coordination
  • Assist in maintaining registers and documentation for accreditations
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries
  • Fielding calls
  • Monitor inbound emails and queries
  • Filing
  • Various ad hoc tasks
