R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a brilliant business within the property sector on a 3-month temporary contract (with the potential to go perm). Within this role you will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor across various administrative tasks.

This is a full time, temporary role working Monday to Friday from the company’s Wisbech office. Please note this role is fully office-based. The salary offered is £12.98 per hour.

The day to day

  • Translating information given into a priced document for clients.
  • Creating and issuing subcontractor orders.
  • Accurately inputting data into Spreadsheets, ensuring records are up to date.
  • Compiling and coding cost applications.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

You will have/be

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Confident, team player.
