Area Manager - Elderly care

Covering Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire & Essex area

70,000 - 75,000 + excellent benefits, including company car

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join a team of award winning care providers to support their network of homes across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. This family run business has grown to over 3,000 employees over 45+ Nursing Homes, all of whom are dedicated to providing 5*, round-the-clock care to each and every resident. They are looking for a passionate and driven leader to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents and their loved ones.

The Area Manager role:

As an Area Manager, you will be supporting all homes in the Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire network, working with the Home Managers and their teams to deliver a consistently exceptional level of care using a person-centered approach. You will support Managers in maintaining and increasing both Staffing levels and occupancy, aiding them in their care service with your extensive knowledge and understanding. You will actively foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, collaborating with external stakeholders and Home Managers to promote good working relationships.

You will receive a generous salary of 70-75,000 p/a + excellent benefits:
