About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering frozen goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation. This position requires a commitment to work 50 hours per week, with shifts covering any 5 days out of 7 tramping, including weekends.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle to deliver frozen goods.
  • Ensure timely deliveries to multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
  • Adhere to all driving regulations and safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.

About you

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license and have at least 1 year of experience driving Class 1 vehicles. A solid understanding of driving regulations and safety standards is essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for this role. While experience with temperature-controlled deliveries is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
