Join a small team based behind Bournemouth Airport as a Call Centre Representative and help reconnect with lapsed customers.Our client has stressed that there is NO COLD CALLING, you will be connecting customers that have previously purchased products from the business and are aware of their products.

Responsibilities of a Call Centre Representative:

  • Contact lapsed clients who have previously purchased products
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and promote relevant products
  • Record customer interactions and update the database
