Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service support for all customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Receive and handle all inbound, internal and external customer queries and manage through to resolution.
- Action all customer queries in line with company processes and service level agreements.
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service delivery every time.
You will be required to have:-
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- A flexible and adaptive approach to work.
- Self-motivation with the ability to organise your own workload.
- The capacity to work as part of a highly efficient team.
Working Monday to Friday working a 3 shift rota:-

08:00 16:00
10:00 18:00
