Your Responsibilities:

* Provide targeted support to students with ADHD, aiding them in managing their behaviour and focusing on their learning.
* Implement innovative strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to inform future support strategies.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working with children with ADHD, preferably in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of ADHD and effective behaviour management techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs or behaviour management are desirable.
