Job Title: Administrator/Secretary
Location: Wisbech
Job Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per annum
Berry Recruitment are looking for a professional Administrator/Secretary to handle front-desk duties, audio typing, and general admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage emails.
- Transcribe audio recordings into documents (letters, reports, etc.).
- Handle scheduling, filing, and office organisation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- MS Office skills and experience.
- Audio typing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication & multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
