Executive Assistant - Part Time This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA to join a dynamic team and provide administrative support to ensure this established and growing business runs effectively and efficiently. This role is pivotal in providing strong project management assistance so experience within this field will be required. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary and a range of benefits and will be required to live within a commutable distance of Wisbech as the role will be based onsite daily. To be considered you will need to be computer literate, have excellent organisational and time management skills and proven experience of Project Managing multiple business critical projects. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for Directors,
  • Taking minutes, ensuring actions are distributed
  • Preparing presentations
  • Project manage various events / activities
  • Project Manage business critical executive projects,
  • Reporting for weekly/monthly meetings
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Managing databases as needed
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Creating quarterly newsletters to ensure good communication throughout the business.
