I am seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join my client's team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain compliance, new starter, and leaver documentation.
- Update and maintain HR system records.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting and interview scheduling.
- Handle absence-related administration and produce reports.
- Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate data entry and preparing monthly payroll reports.
- Maintain personnel files.
- Provide ad hoc project-related support as needed.
- Respond to incoming HR queries, offering information and support or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Personal Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
