HR Administrator (15-Month Maternity Cover)

I am seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join my client's team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain compliance, new starter, and leaver documentation.
  • Update and maintain HR system records.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Handle absence-related administration and produce reports.
  • Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate data entry and preparing monthly payroll reports.
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Provide ad hoc project-related support as needed.
  • Respond to incoming HR queries, offering information and support or directing them to the appropriate team member.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
