Your challenge:
You would be taking on the role to be a significant member of the hygiene team within one of the UKs leading prepared fresh produce manufacturers which will look fantastic on your CV!
You will be leading a team of 6 hygiene operatives and also occasionally stepping up and deputising for the Hygiene Manager which will grow your remit and support your development into higher management.
Youll work alongside technical, engineering and operations on improvements to hygiene standards which will allow you to get exposure to all aspects of the business broadening your scope for future aspirations.
You will take ownership in monitoring and reacting to resource levels so the team have what they need to perform.
The main issue with this role will be the shift pattern as it sits on a 5 on 3 off pattern from midnight to 10.30am. But if you can work to this, you will be working with a certified B-corp which means you know you will be treated well!
Overall, you will be a valued member of the company team where you will feel safe sharing your views and striving to make a difference!

To be able to thrive in this role as a leader your main responsibility will be to guide the team through the day to day which is something that wont be new to you.
You will be a great guide who can communicate effectively with the ability to express ideas in clear ways.
No hygiene experience?
