Paragon Resource Solutions are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to oversee works on a Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract for a reputable social housing and building contractor.

Full time role Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm

The position would suit someone looking for a full-time post off the tools, training can be provided If required. Either a skilled tradesperson looking to develop their career into a more supervisory office based role or someone already with this experience would be considered.

Duties to include -

- Management of subcontractors (Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, ground workers and general builders).
- Client and resident liaison.
- Survey, post inspect and manage Local Authority upgrade works including, all domestic building alterations, kitchens,
bathrooms, wet rooms, heating systems, rewires, concrete driveways and footpaths.

Skills and attributes required -

- Good communication skills both written and verbal, computer literate on Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Trade experience essential.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualified (Preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
- Experience working with contractors who have worked with local authorities or domestic private customers.

Diligent in Quality Assurance and Compliance checks to ensure the standards expected by the company are achieved.

Must have a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
