Healthcare Assistant Needed in Wisbech and Kings Lynn

Our clients are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join their team in Wisbech and Kings Lynn. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained.

  • Feeding Assistance: Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional needs are met.

  • Activity Participation: Engage with residents in various activities, promoting social interaction and enjoyment.

  • Companionship: Provide a friendly and supportive presence, offering companionship and conversation to residents.

  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with light tidying and meal preparation, contributing to a clean and organized environment.

  • Emotional Support: Show empathy and understanding, providing emotional support to residents and their families.

Qualifications and Skills:
