Job Advert: HR Advisor (Band 6)

Location: Peterborough
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Half-hour unpaid break)
Duration: ASAP until 31st March 2025
Contract: Temporary
Pay Rate : 17.00 - 19.00

Meridian Business support is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Advisor to join our NHS Client on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  2. Manage a diverse and fast-paced workload, prioritisingeffectively to meet deadlines.
  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  4. Deliver guidance on HR matters, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary processes.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organisationalgoals.

Essential Requirements:
  1. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  2. Significant experience managing employee relations cases.
  3. Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues at all levels.
