Meridian Business support is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Advisor to join our NHS Client on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage a diverse and fast-paced workload, prioritisingeffectively to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Deliver guidance on HR matters, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organisationalgoals.
Essential Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience managing employee relations cases.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues at all levels.
