Position: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary guide: 35,000 - 55,000 per annum
We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Cambridgeshire region, who are seeking to recruit for a Residential Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Conduct title searches and review search results for accuracy
- Draught and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional service to clients and deliver successful outcomes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing, with a relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEX etc.)
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
