Job Title: Legal Secretary - Private Client
 Our client based in Downham Market are seeking a Private Client secretary to join their team. You will be providing full Legal Secretary support to the private client team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors in the Private Client department.
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Handle client communications and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist in the preparation of wills, trusts, and probate applications.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information.
- Ensure adherence to legal procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client department.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
