Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Administrator to join a busy team in Wisbech.

Job Summary:The HR/Payroll Administrator manages payroll processing, employee records, and HR compliance. This role ensures accurate payroll, supports HR functions, and addresses employee inquiries, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with on-boarding.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist with employee enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and labour regulations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits.
  • Handle general HR tasks, including performance management and employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g. Sage, Quickbooks).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
