HR & Payroll Administrator in Wisbech.Pure are proudly recruiting on behalf of a business in Wisbech who have an incredible reputation within the region and their industry. With continued growth and development as a business and real focus on putting people first, this is a rare opportunity to support them with HR and Payroll Administration. The role: 
  • Assist with processing the monthly Payroll for all company employees
  • Assisting with queries or issues on finalising monthly payroll
  • Maintain and update Payroll information
  • Process new starters and leavers in conjunction with the HR Team
  • Help with the production of payroll data and analysis
  • Support HR with compliance for starters and leavers
  • Manage holiday entitlements, ensure the smooth carry over of unused holiday to the next year and process the end of year holiday closing down procedure
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience with payroll processing and support
  • A proactive approach to work
  • An effective team player
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the business
