**More about the role**
As a HLTA you will work closely with the class teachers to provide cover during their PPA time. With fantastic resources, you will deliver lesson plans provided by the class teachers, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the students are still learning in the absence of the teacher. This role is a great opportunity for those pursuing a career in teaching, or those looking to take on more responsibility within the classroom.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Prior experience providing cover teaching in Primary settings
- HLTA Qualification is desirable, but not essential
- Strong behaviour management & communication skills
- Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
- Attentive to detail
