About the Role:

Join our client's dedicated team as a Night Shift Line Leader in the Low Care Prep area! Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performance Management: Ensure production plans are met by overseeing machinery, labour, and wash processes. minimise downtime and meet deadlines.
  • Compliance & Traceability: Maintain adherence to traceability protocols, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance with food safety legislation.
  • Team Management: Supervise Production Operatives, facilitating job rotation and ensuring tasks are understood and executed efficiently.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold high standards of hygiene and health and safety, maintaining product quality while minimising accidents.
  • Documentation: Perform and document relevant checks, ensuring products meet customer specifications and legislative requirements.
  • KPI Tracking: Keep accurate records to monitor key performance indicators, swiftly resolving any identified issues.
  • Training Oversight: Ensure all critical control points (CCPs) are manned by trained personnel.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to work in other areas of the factory as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with:

  • A solid background in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of food legislation and HACCP requirements.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions with excellent communication skills.
