What they need from you:

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer working on Housing Association or Local Authority Housing Planned MaintenanceContracts.
  • An excellent ability to liaise with residents and provide first class customer service, addressing their concerns and facilitating smooth project execution with minimum disruption.
  • Maintainefficient and prompt communication channels between the site team and residents.
  • Good administration ability to log queries, monitor repairs works and schedule works in coordination with the Contracts Manager and Surveyor.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organisationaland interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a friendly team.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and resident needs

You will become part of a pool of Resident Liaison Officers covering the region from Wisbech (and surrounding Cambridgeshire region) to Grantham (and surrounding regions). There is flexibility regarding which office you are based in according to your location.
