The Role:

  • The vacancy is for an experienced Repairs and Maintenance Scheduler to work on a leading Housing Association responsive maintenance contract
  • You will be able to professionally monitor and coordinate all repairs and maintenance requests and complaints from tenants
  • Acting as representative for the company, and scheduling appointments in coordination with the subcontractors
  • You will work in close coordination with the maintenance team including a the Surveyor, Resident Liaison Officer, and skilled trades
  • Works will include kitchen and bathroom upgrades, internal and external works, repairs and renovations.
  • Work will also include the company DLO work flow
  • The position is fully office based in Wisbech, 5 days a week

The Person:

  • You must have previous experience in a similar scheduler role in maintenance for an affordable housing specialist main contractor.
  • Stable career history, right to work permanently in the UK, based within an easy commute of Wisbech
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; must enjoy working within a team and autonomously
