As the Head of Service, you will lead and manage the daily operations of the residential childcare setting, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the service and support children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.

• Foster a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.

• Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance management.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with SEMH needs.

• Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.

• Collaborate with social workers, families, and external agencies.

• Monitor and review the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement.
