Aspire People is looking for amazing SEN Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Wisbech and the surrounding areas. You'll be making a real impact by helping students thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment, particularly in resource bases.What You'll Be Doing:- Providing tailored support to students with special educational needs within resource bases.- Adapting lessons to make sure every student can fully engage with the curriculum, no matter their learning style.- Building strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families to create a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.- Offering focused support to students with additional needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD, through one-to-one or small group sessions.What We're Looking For:- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, degree, or previous classroom experience.- Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to connect with both pupils and staff.- Patience, flexibility, and a positive approach to helping students with diverse needs.If you're ready to help make a difference in the classroom and have fun while doing it, we'd love to hear from you!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
