Are you a qualified, passionate, and experienced teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join a team in Wisbech. This is a rewarding opportunity for educators who have a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
Work with students with a range of needs, such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory impairments, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes inclusion and learning.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and other professionals to deliver a holistic approach to education.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track students' progress.
Support the emotional and social development of students.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent teaching experience in the UK, preferably within an SEN setting.
A deep understanding of SEN and strategies to support children with a variety of needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learners.
Driving is preferred but not essential.
