The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH and Neurodivergence SEN Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver tailored educational programs to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH and neurodivergence.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and families, to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance the educational experience of our students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure continuous development.

Requirements:
- One of the following teaching qualifications: QTS, QTLS, PTTLS, DTTLS, CertEd.
- Experience in teaching students with SEND, ideally SEMH and neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD).
- A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
