Engineering Supervisor

Freshpeel Produce Ltd based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire are looking for a new Engineering supervisor (£45-50k p.a.) to join the company. 

Freshpeel Produce is a vegetable processing company that primarily supplies fresh diced/sliced root vegetables for the UK food industry. 

The ideal candidate has:

• A proven background in electrical and mechanical engineering. 
• Strong fault finding abilities.
• Able to supervise a team of engineers.
• Experience using AutoCAD or similar.
• Good skills in welding/fabrication.
• Experience with PLCs

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is a strong team leader and able to co-ordinate others.
• Is proactive with regards to maintenance.
• Is always looking for ways to add value to the business.
