Vision for Education is looking to appoint a SEND Tutor or Teacher to work in a fantastic Alternative Provision based in March.

About the role

We’re looking for a calm, nurturing Tutor to support within this well-resourced,SEND school in March. The perfect candidate will be motivated, calm and professional, ideally with knowledge of SEND and therapeutic learning. This post would suit an individual with a passion for supporting children and young people who have faced previous barriers to learning. You will be working between the hours of 09:00-15:00.

About the school

This Alternative Provision works with young people who have struggled previously with mainstream education. It is relatively newly developed and due to so much success is expanding quickly.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEND Tutor you will:

  • Ideally have experience of working with children with SEND, however this is not essential
  • Be flexible, kind and patient

Salary

£100 to £140 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Previous experience working with children and/or young people
