In this role, you will be committed to providing excellent support to our small team of experienced planners and act as a first point of contact for our wealth clients. You?ll be able to work quickly, efficiently and accurately when under pressure.

This role would suit someone who sees administration and providing brilliant support as a career, and not just a stepping stone.

You will be actively involved in various aspects of our operations, from general administrative tasks and client report writing, to direct client interactions. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting two busy financial planners
  • Preparing of suitability reports / general paraplanning duties
  • Preparing and sending letters of authority
  • Loading, and processing new business and ensuring all of our processes are followed
  • Communicating with clients
  • Creating review packs and annual suitability reports
  • Updating the back-office systems
  • Liaising with and chasing providers and insurers as required
  • Cashflow simulations
  • Analysing client risk questionnaires
  • Processing ad-hoc client requests

Person Specification:

  • Three years? experience in a financial planning administration role ? Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ? Required
  • The ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritise work and communicate effectively ? Required
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English to grade B or above ? Required
  • Experience with Intelliflo, MoneyInfo, DocuSign and FEAnalytics ? Desirable
  • Experience with Transact and Fundment ? Desirable
  • Relevant industry qualifications ? Desirable
