Role: Network Engineer
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all IT Spaces, including data centres and communications rooms
- Assist in the implementation of technological changes across the IT infrastructure
- Support the security, resilience, backup, and monitoring efforts for IT infrastructure
- Raise and execute Change Requests in compliance with the Change Control process
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, processes, inventories, and tools
- Promote collaboration and open communication with other IT teams to deliver exceptional IT services
- Identify and implement service improvements and innovations aligned with the IT strategy and roadmap
- Explore and execute initiatives to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability
- Collaborate closely with third-party providers to transition services and solutions into a BAU environment while maintaining operational excellence
Essential
- Proven experience working within technical environments such as data centre suites and communication rooms (Technical Spaces)
- Demonstrated success in an operational and collaborative role, including supporting local teams and liaising with third-party providers
- Experienced in managing and delivering technical projects effectively
- Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and manage workflows efficiently
- Ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
