Search Consultancy are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide support to the sales and operational functions and ensure the daily completion of general office administration tasks, as defined in the detailed responsibilities section below. This is a temporary role for 12 weeks then will move onto a permanent contract. You must be available for work Immediately.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8-4:30 and Friday 8-3:30. You will enjoy a salary of 25,000.

Working closely together as part of the administration team, you will be required to ensure duties are carried out accurately, competently and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office requirements for the operations team
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and facility tours for customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Organise and liaise with transport team for any routes or orders
  • Manage email inbox and any enquiries
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both paper and digital, ensuring proper documentation of all administrative processes
  • Manage the operations team and support the ops manager with any adhoc administrative duties where required
  • An understanding on operations and transport would be highly beneficial, however a strong administrative background will also work well

Experience required

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Good level of numeracy and IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to build & maintain key relationships with customers & suppliers
  • A background in Transport or Operations
