Vacancy: SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A smart Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required to join a highly professional independent Agency in Waterloo, SE1.
The ideal candidate should have confident experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator and / or Senior Lettings Negotiator, be well-presented, highly driven, dynamic and passionate about property with a strong desire to win and be the best.
The opportunity will suit a candidate who is able to hit the ground running and to work with limited supervision.

Whilst experience in both disciplines would be ideal, our client will happily consider a candidate who has a decent background in either Sales or Lettings and a desire to learn!

Skills required for this Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Sales and / or Lettings environment
- Good communication skills
- Constant enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Must be organised and highly motivated, a team player
- Must be a good timekeeper, confident and well presented
- Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships
- Great customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Full UK driving license
- Smart, well-spoken and articulate
