JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Waterloo, SE10
Salary: £25k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful, forward thinking property company are looking to recruit a JuniorProperty Manager to join their team.
You will have a natural diplomacy and will be decisive when faced with difficult problems; you will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload as you will be managing a large portfolio of properties. Most importantly, you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on. Some experience in residential lettings would be advantageous.
The role will involve assisting with the management of their sizable portfolio which includes adhering to Landlords instructions, ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders, making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit realises, and serving appropriate notices. The right candidate will need to hit the ground running, and you will be part of an exciting, vibrant and energetic team.

Skills required for this Junior Property Manager (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Residential lettings experience advantageous
- Customer service experience
- Strong administration skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
