Xpert Resourcing is seeking a CNC Programmer with a dynamic, globally-oriented company near Ely, Cambridgeshire. Given the fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate would likely need strong skills in CNC programming, potentially including experience with CAD/CAM software, G-code, and machine setup for precision manufacturing.
Duties to Include:
- Working with engineers and machinists to optimise processes and improve production quality.
- Ability to work to tight tolerances
- Creating, testing, and refining CNC programs for efficient machine operation.
- Identifying and addressing potential issues in programming or machining.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and programming codes
Experience/Skills Required:
- Microsoft Skills are essential
- Previous experiece with solidworks
- Programming experience is essential
- Abiltiy to read and understand engineering drawings
- Previous precision engineering experience
- Ability to work as a team and alone
- Experience with Fanuc controls
