Job Requirements- Manage own portfolio of audit clients, delivering statutory audit assignments from planning to completion
- Lead onsite audit teams to ensure quality fieldwork
- Report directly to the Audit Manager and Partners
- Liaise with HMRC on work assignments
- Supervise and coach junior staff both on site and in the office by reviewing work
- Potential to gain exposure to accounts, tax and VAT work
- Ensure audit procedures are followed meticulously
- Converse clearly and effectively by using computer software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
- Manage own workload and regularly update managers with work progress
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
- Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
- Support the wider firm with ad hoc duties as needed

- ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Good knowledge of relevant audit software including Xero, SAGE 50, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Personable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
