Senior Property Client and Service Charge AccountantEssex£50k - £60kThe role: To manage a clients portfolio of c30 commercial buildings to include the full year end service charge reconciliation of c15 properties and the client reporting as requiredDuties:
- handle the full -Service charge reconciliation process
- ???????Updating budgets and ensuring they are on the system
- updating lease records, tenants and supplier on the property management system
- Handling client rent pay overs in a timely manner
- Handle the annual insurance charging
- Deal with tenant and supplier enquiries
- Handle adhoc client reporting
- Manage the supporting team member
Requirements:
- Prior property accounting experience - ideally commercial
- Full year end service charge reconciliation experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
