Essex - Office Based
£30,000 + Bonus paid quarterly
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our FMCG client and play a pivotal role in an established and friendly sales team managing national accounts, driving growth and visibility on an incredible and sought-after range of products.
This role will suit someone with account management experience with national retailers, wholesale, or online resellers, building strong relationships with them and supporting them to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of retailers.
- Promote brand visibility through marketing activities, product demonstrations, and training sessions with the support of the global marketing team.
- Ensure products and displays outshine competitors by utilising promotional materials and branded installations.
- Develop tailored business plans for each account to maximize revenue and opportunities.
- Manage the rollout of new products across accounts effectively and boost brand presence.
- Proactively visit existing across the UK - 1 to 2 days per month!
- Represent the brand at national and international key events and trade shows - circa 4 times a year!
Experience & Skills
- Proven success in account management and customer relationship building.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working to targets.
- Confident in closing deals and solving challenges to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Skilled at understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Hold a full UK driving license and be comfortable with travel.
