An exciting opportunity exists to join a privately owned Building Consultancy that focuses on the education sector.
The role requires an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with experience in the commercial sector, and ideally in education projects, and a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
The position involves leading projects, producing design and planning drawing packages, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, one day of hybrid working per week after probation, free on-site parking, and a discretionary bonus scheme.
Candidates must have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Your new roleDue to ongoing success and growth, the organisation is looking to grow the architectural department. As one of the Architects in the team, you will take a lead role in the running of projects and work closely with clients. You will be involved in the production of design and planning drawing packages and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you should be an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect and be competent running projects across all RIBA stages. Experience within the commercial sector is essential and experience with education projects is highly beneficial. You will be required to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
