A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary-permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (37 hour week). Paying 11.44 - 12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Processing orders and quotations onto the in-house system.
- Vetting quotes and orders for sign off.
- Updating customers regarding orders and quotations.
- Attend internal weekly meetings.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Scheduling of orders in line with Production scheduler and allocated factory hours.
- Communicating with internal departments.
- Attendance at trade shows as required.
- Answering the office phone and updating the CRM system.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong awareness of attention to detail.
- Proficient PC skills within the Microsoft packages.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
