We are working alongside a reputable company, based in the Witham area, who is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their growing team. If you have experience in management and building relationships with customers and clients and are looking for a new challenge - this could be the role for you!

As a Customer Account Manager, you will need to be an effective communicator with the ability to maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management and relationship building of international customers.
  • Drive volume growth through our existing customer base by seeking and developing all opportunities that are the right fit for our business.
  • Identify, research and deliver any new business opportunities that fit the business strategy.
  • Have a full understanding of all assigned customers as well as a strong product knowledge of both our branded and entry level business.
  • Understand and work within commercial restraints of our entry level range.
  • Observe order patterns and report all unexpected changes to relevant Sales Manager.
  • Arrange and attend overseas exhibitions with support of Sales Managers.
  • Support with admin and ad hoc tasks.
  • Act in accordance with all company policies and rules as detailed in the company handbook.
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as requested.

Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Experience as an Account Manager, managing multiple client/customer accounts.
  • Reasonable standard of general education.
  • Strong sales experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
